  INTERNET/CONVENTIONAL MARKETER:   

Should Have: 

1. Deep Knowledge in technical niche. Computers, smartphones and so on.

2. Good knowledge about WordPress CMS.

3. Good knowledge about WordPress widget usage and customization.

4. Good knowledge about design and how it works.

5. Basic CSS and HTML knowledge.

6. ON page SEO knowledge.

7. OFF page SEO knowledge.

8. Good knowledge on Email marketing.

9. Text marketing.

10. Good understanding on Customer acquisition and customer retention techniques.

12. Conventional marketing knowledge.

11. Knowledge about guest posting.

12. Knowledge about influencer searching.

13. Basic PR knowledge.

Basic salary: To discuss in the interview.

Interview Phases:

1. Introduction and basic work discussion.

2. Technical round.

3. HR round.

Fresher and experience, both are welcome.

  PROJECT MANAGER / HR-ADMIN  

Should Have:

4. Analytical mind

5. Ability to organize, prompt, and supervise the staff

6. Teamworking and teambuilding experience

7. Negotiating skills.

 

Responsibility: 

1. Making sure all the projects are planned, verified, and supplied with the necessary resources.

2. Meeting the project’s requirements of quality, time, and funds.

3. Timely counseling and monitoring of all the sub-contracted staff to make sure the project performance remains within the schedule.

4. Ability to evaluate the possible risks and accept them.

5. Tracking the project progress due to the human factor using the newest technical tools.

6. Interacting with the vendors and third parties as well.

7. Follow up progress towards the goal.

Attitude:

1. Must be willing to work in a startup environment.

2. Flexible in different role as per the needs.

3. Self learning and self improvement attitude.

4. Must not hesitate to reach out of people whenever it is necessary.

5. Flexible with the timing.

6. Must be able to adopt of the changes.
